Busy pharmacy but very friendly and quick service. Saw the pharmacist who was very knowledgeable and though he couldn?t help, he gave clear instructions on what I needed to do and I was able to follow this and get a prescription and return later. It was closed between 1-2pm so maybe avoid then.

Used to be a good service.a total shambles now.told to expect to wait 10 days for a repeat prescription.took too many patients on.was given someone else's tablets.they can't operate safely with so many prescription to get ready.keep well away.

Appalling service!! I joined a queue of 15 people waiting to be served which, when the pharmacy staff finally stopped chatting to each other and got on with their jobs, took 35 minutes to be seen I was informed that the prescription my GP had emailed to them 5 days previous to my visit was still in the tray and hadn't been done. When I mentioned that I was completely out of my medication all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and I was told that there was 100's of other customers in the same predicament! Terrible service... AVOID!!!

Absolutely ridiculous... close when they feel like it, staff have really bad attitudes, don't care that they leave people without important medication for days on end, if you say anything, you get nasty comments about "they've got 100's of others waiting, not just you"

Just been into pharmacy to collect proscription and bev the old woman serving made my partner repeat herself then was rudely shouted at by her telling me I was giving her attitude when all I said was my partner just told you once so rude will not be going there again rude to customer and never have your proscription ready

Can't fault them. It's a very busy pharmacy, but they get things done quickly.

Staff expect you to do a hour of shopping each time you go in for your prescription.Rude incompetent staff, smoking like chimneys at the door then giving ?advice? on smoking cessation.
