Our 3rd time ordering from here, and the food is fantastic. Sometimes a wait on the weekends but we don't mind as it's well worth the wait. Will defo be our favourite from now on

Ordered a royal starter that came like soup and poured red water all over my floor rang the shop and he said it wasn't his problem thanks for the good customer service won't order again and the meat was so chewy even jaws wouldn't of been able to get through it and the curry was all oil

A long time ago, about 40 years ago, in fact, my learned friend, who considered himself an authority on Indian cuisine, once told me that the only meat to order would be lamb at an Indian food establishment.I have followed his advice over the years and always ordered lamb ever since and enjoyed it immensely, until recently.I'm assuming the special, painstaking process of cooking the lamb in the traditional Indian style has been passed down through the generations so as to preserve the secret of its tenderness and succulent taste and texture.As I say, I'm only assuming.I ended up giving the majority of my lamb to a hungry dog, which meant that I was just left with pilau rice, sauce, and poorly undercooked onions.I also expected to pay a little less, considering it was a fast food takeaway joint, but I was unpleasantly surprised by the total of the bill.I can honestly say that I would've been better off stocking up on the frozen ready meals at my local German discount supermarket.Following my last few experiences of sampling lamb cooked by the chefs today, I will be converting back to chicken.

People have been telling me about these royal kebabs for ages now, so yesterday finally decided to see what all the fuss was about. Wow, £10 seems a lot for just a kebab, but it was honestly the tastiest thing iv ever had and it fed me, the bird, and little lad and still had some left for my dinner the day after....... Dirty boy

This place has really gone downhill, it use to be lovely food but my god it is now disgusting. Nan bread hard and dry, chips were hardly cooked, the korma had no taste at all, never ever again will i order food from this place and i will make it know in platt bridge to stay away from taj mahal until you bring you business up to scratch.
