****FOR MANAGEMENT****Went yesterday and have dietary requirements, the staff at this store went above and beyond. Advised me of things which wouldn?t be suitable, separated my items from other foods to avoid issues for me (which is obviously difficult and takes time) and on top of this friendly and served me with a smile. PLEASE GIVE HIM A PAY RISE! I think his name was Viadas (his badge was a little smudged so I couldn?t read properly) I have never been treated like this at any subway before! Wonderful human being!

I have used this Subway branch several times in the last 6 months. There always seems to be an issue regarding payment for my meal.I order online and arrive to be told that my meal is not ready because "sometimes payments don't go through and I might need to pay cash". I tried to order a sandwich and pay using my Subcard loyalty points but the card scanner was faulty that day. I've just been in and I can't even use my debit card to pay. Cash only roday.I suspect the staff are lining their pockets by insisting on cash payments then not ringing them through the till.I've never had this much trouble buying a sandwich in any other branch of Subway ever.

I would advise anybody with allergies to avoid this particular Subway like the plague. I witnessed one employee picking salad pieces out of egg, dairy and meat compartments and putting them back in with the salad. We are vegan and were being served by a lovely man who had put on fresh gloves but then another employee came over and put their hands all over our sub after they had just been handling dead flesh. We ended up leaving as if we had eaten there we could have become rather unwell as the hygiene standards were abysmal.

Had the NEW submelt the Steak and Chesse one, all's I can say is it was like dog meat on a sub which had been put through a panini machine it was soggy from the amount of sauce that was added. Only 1 place for this so called sandwich is the BIN!!. I will never eat from Wigan Wallgate subway AGAIN.

I have been in this subway this morning 2nd June 2023. First time ever I have heard that they can't do salads in breakfast. In every subway I have been no one refused but its looking like subway services is getting worse day by day.
