NEVER HAVING SUBWAY AGAIN! I normally have a subway sandwich pretty much everyday and today I was working out of area and attended this place. The staff were so unprofessional behaving like they do not know what they were doing, I asked if the meat was halal and they were looking at each other confused. Anyhow, I proceeded with my order and asked for a Plant Patty? they could not pack a sandwich to save their lives if they had to, sandwich broken the bread wasn?t even intact and like they couldn?t even wrap it up. Customers before me complained about the same issue about not being able to make a sandwich and was offered a free cookie to say sorry but that doesn?t really do justice. Very very poor quality and service here! I don?t think I want a subway again

Probably the worst subway sandwich I?ve ever had. I normally like subway.
Based on the photo behind the counter, my sandwich should be packed with salami but was almost vegan when I got it. I was served by a very impatient shouty woman who virtually told me what I was having.

Remind me not to order from this Subway again! The nachos were burnt, dry as dust and with no jalapeños ? Main sub was cold and soggy.

Kaylee absolutely horrible person speaking to me like rubbish called up as my food was supposed to be delivered an hour ago to ask what is happening she said and I quote I can?t do anything to help you not I?m sorry about this then she gave me a number and said they will be able to sort everything I rang that number it was a number which only the businesses can call so I rung back and advised her this she said I don?t care I have a Que going out the door only thing you can do is cancel your order as I refuse to ring the number as I?m too busy after I explained I put the order in 2 hours ago she just rudely put the phone down absolutely horrendous service and I hope Annette picks this up

Tried to buy foot long sandwich, but wouldn't accept my voucher, other subways I've used I haven't had a problem, I wouldn't mind, because everytime I've walked past this shop there's hardly anybody in. Won't use this subway again.

Slow service, salad bar mixed up peppers with onions in lettuce with cucumber in ETC a big no no for someone with allergies, staff quite rude and to busy having banter with what appeared to be a regular customer whilst serving me.

I'd give zero if possible, ordered through uber, only ordered 3 6inches and nachos, nachos was missing and my marinara was plain and cold with none of the extras on I selected.

Amazing service as usual the two lads that are on every time I go in, friendly understanding to my requirements, and always happy to see me 100% if u could remind me of your names I would email your head office!! Mr P very happy customer Neafcy great team also.???
