Very slow service, long queue with only one person making the drinks. Was going to sit in but nowhere to sit so chose to takeaway. Opted for 2 large cappuccinos which should have had 3 espresso shots but could hardly taste the coffee at all and it was cold within 10 mins. Will not be revisiting this particular branch.

Beautifully maintained establishment and really friendly staff! Miya was the batista who took my order and was extremely polite and patient with me, 100/10 would come here again.

its not very best coffee in town but its worst service i have ever seen so slow son the charged you thy ignore you for long time and mangment is rally bad i prefer Costa coffee but unfortunately there is no one in town centre

Last visit 10 people waiting for drinks although at least 5 staff. Today very quiet 4 staff, 3 chatting, one made their own coffee whilst i was still waiting for mine. Lovely staff, bad organisation.

Exactly the calm and relaxing time that I needed before a busy day of travel and meetings. Excellent service from Miya, who was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Great service by everyone even though they are always under so much pressure they fight through it!I love sitting in or take away.its such a beautiful cappuccino I order everytime,It?s made smooth and not too strong but strong enough to keep you going.
Vegetarian options: I?m not vegetarian but it does have options which is amazing for people.
Dietary restrictions: They always have a dietary offer if you need it or are going through something
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wide enough if someone came I. A wheelchair,I know when my discs finally go I will be in one so I know how important they like to expand on all disabilities so the set out is for everyone with or without a disability.

Staff here are a delight. They remembered my name when I came in and my usual order, and that just put the biggest smile on my face. It really does make you feel like they care more so than most places!
