Couldn't find anyone to get shoes for my daughter left came back later only for it to happen again did finally find someone in the store who asked for someone to go down to the shoe area the staff member was off hand and couldn't care less and when shoes didn't fit he didn't offer a different shoe or size and was quiet dismissive as if we were keepimg him from something we ultimately felt d
Like a burden on his day so we just left and went to winsors world of shoe .

Very rude staff, just been in to hand my CV in and I got turned away with the words ?no we don?t take kids like you? I then confirmed I was nearly 18 and just got shrugged off. Fair enough if they don?t want to hire younger people but they way she spoke to me was rude and unprofessional.

Shocking customer service here. No acknowledgement, no care. I was waiting to pay (£110) for over 5 minutes, went to put the things back but changed my mind as I wanted the products. This time I was just ignored

The store is kept tidy but ome of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, picked a pair of football boots for my daughter,we were given two different shoes then the assistant disappeared, I asked for a mirror to try on a jacket. I was dismissively directed to the fitting rooms at the back of the Store, these were locked again no staff in sight. I'd had enough by then so JD had our money.

Very rude lazy staff just put back over £200 worth of shopping and walked back as staff was to lazy to help find products and correct sizes told me they aren't trained to do that

The manager badmouthed my mum, aswell as numerous other staff members because she was complaining due to the long wait time caused by another staff member, aswell as the employee at the till overcharged her for an extra pair of shoes. The service here is horrible, and as a single mother with 3 children she shouldnt have to deal with this form of harassment. Apparently the till employee ended up crying in the back as she requested the manager. I do feel bad for her as it wasn?t necessarily her fault, apart from the overcharge she didn?t do much wrong. But the manager had decided my mum was in the wrong and decided to take the piss out of her, exclaiming she was making ?minimum wage workers cry? her response was to ?pay them more then?
