I've been taking my children to Specsavers for their annual eye appointments for nearly five years and have always had a positive experience across various branches. However, choosing Specsavers Wigan this year was a regrettable decision. The staff were extremely rude, and the customer service was appalling. I won?t be returning to that branch again.

Brilliant service would highly recommend. Currently having chemo and all members of staff totally understood my situation and the precautions I had to adhere to low immune system wise.

The shop has a good selection of glasses, can wait around a while to get your test done.
Location is no longer viable really as the town centre is dead, would be better to relocate with parking and it would be a lot better.
