Checked out the prices for a fly mask online found one on there Web page for £9.50 so went to store to purchase it and in store the same mask is £13.49 won't b going there again

BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DODGY COMPANY! I have reported them to Trading Standards. Purchased two pairs of Ariat Jodphurs, had to return 1 pair as it was significantly larger than the other even though they were the same size. I kept proof of postage and tracked the delivery sending images and screen shots of both to Robinsons but even though I had proof of postage and proof of delivery Robinsons have refused to pay what they owe me and will not refund the Ariat Jodphurs stating they have not received the parcel. As a customer I cannot do more than keep proof of postage and proof of delivery to obtain a refund.
