Came to River Island today 17/01/25. I had a not so good experience with a staff member upstairs.. however before leaving the store I spoke to a lovely lady called Lucy downstairs who was very keen to sort out my query very quickly. Honestly lovely member of staff. Thankyou very much ?

Didn't receive an email to let me know when my clothes had arrived in store off an order. I was told that I would get one, it didn't happen. However clothes are quite nice from this company.

Emailed to say my partners goods are ready for collection. Store has lost them. And was told to "contact customer services".Sorry, but you lost it instore somewhere between the rear door and a shelf. You need to sort it not me.
