2 manned tills out of about 20.
All self-serve tills were card payment only and had cameras watching you.
If you don't trust your customers then put someone on a till you utter ar se wipes.

What beautiful store. It took my breath away So absorbing and tranquil. I got so emotional and excited. I couldn't believe the bargains. I have just been released from a Secure Mental Health Unit and am so excited found this store. Truly remarkable

The new self service kiosks are awful. You scan and bag all your items and then they do a bag check which means you have to unpack and then repack everything again. Pointless implementing the system as it just holds up the queue even more than before. Oh and then you have to scan your receipt at barriers to get out of that area. Won't be going back in a hurry

Went in today around 4 pm picked 3 items went to pay , noticed all the tills had been changed to self- service screens and card only except one till open for cash payments there was a massive queue at the cash till being served by a human being , there was no one waiting to use the selfservice card only ones all the usual staff who are usually on the tills were just stood around near the self service card only doing nothing i asked a bored staff member to open another till as i wanted to pay cash and the person in front of me had a massive basket of clothes to pay for she sniggered and refused so i just put my items down and left , if they keep this up selfsevice and card only they will lose a lot of custom

In general its OK...plenty of choice although it's cheap products....it suitable for those on a low income preference for me I buy underwear, sox,and tights and vest tops...I don't buy any other clothing apart from p.js....just a. Update...sone better quality items in store..with a price tag over £10..
