2 manned tills out of about 20. All self-serve tills were card payment only and had cameras watching you. If you don't trust your customers then put someone on a till you utter ar se wipes. Will not be returning

What beautiful store. It took my breath away So absorbing and tranquil. I got so emotional and excited. I couldn't believe the bargains. I have just been released from a Secure Mental Health Unit and am so excited found this store. Truly remarkable

The new self service kiosks are awful. You scan and bag all your items and then they do a bag check which means you have to unpack and then repack everything again. Pointless implementing the system as it just holds up the queue even more than before. Oh and then you have to scan your receipt at barriers to get out of that... read full comment
