Initial perception is a bit deceiving as yhe outside looks quite new but the inside is a bit tired and the old wooden floors everywhere
But on the plus side comfortable and I got a good sleep, the food prices for the Beefeater look very reasonable as well so all in all not a bad place to stay

Friendly helpful staff, comfy clean but a little battered room. Excellent breakfast. Exit onto main road proved exciting at peak times!

Spotless ,,, brand new rooms

Was very basic and outdated for what we paid. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. But it seems premier inns need to look at investing some money in their outdated tired rooms.

Just what you expect. Good night sleep.
Room was a little warm because of the weather and had to get a new fan from reception as the one in the room had broken. Food was ok from next door but nothing to shout about.

The hotel room was clean as you would expect from Premier Inn, plenty of parking on site aswell. Breakfast and dinner was good in the restaurant next door, just off junction 27 M6 so easy access to motorway.

Stayed at this premier inn 14th May. I booked accessible wet room for my disabled partner as she cannot walk far due to severe mobility problems. The so called disabled accessible room we were given was almost the furthest away from the reception entrance that is humanly possible. She does not have a wheelchair and she was in absolute agony having to walk that distance on crutches. Staff said they were fully booked and couldn't offer another room. You would think they would put the disabled accessible rooms closer to the reception as is the case in other hotels. There were perfectly able bodied guests exiting the rooms close to reception. It seems whoever came up with this idea to put disabled rooms the furthest away from the main exit/entrance clearly puts disabled people at the bottom of the list and thinks of them as an afterthought!

Great for a stop over for work or further travelling. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Some minor marks on wall in rooms and bathroom but nothing bad.

No frills, comfortable room and bed. The pub next door is very convenient and reasonably priced too.

Usual Premier Inn quality, consistent, clean, friendly, easy to check in. Restaurant and bar next to hotel was great. Fast and friendly service. Felt relaxed.

The room was fine other than not having soft shit doors so all night up until about 12:30 there was a constant bang of the doors. The service in the bar both last night and this morning for dinner and breakfast was slow. No sense of urgency and I had to ask to take my dessert to my room with me as all I wanted to do was go to bed. The location to the venue was spot on.

Not the fault of the hotel but I was in very poor health on the day I was due to arrive at the hotel and was in fact admitted to the hospital by ambulance on the following day with a right leg full of poison, particularly the knee. I am still in hospital 13 days later with dad till no release date in sight.
I have been able to contact Premier Inn Customer service due to pain issues yet.
