Pizza, pasta, garlic bread and a drink for £12 - no complaints ?
Food was fresh, Staff friendly, however, on balance - I'd pay a bit more to not order on the app and give a few more people a job !

Went here with my wife at 11.40 for the pizza buffet, for £28 for 2 for the buffet, ice cream and bottomless drinks. Reception was OK and as we were first their they asked what pizza we liked advised meat ones deep pans. They brought 2 mini deep pans out and one mini thin crust. OK we thought they'll bring more out as it fills up. That never happened never got past 3 pizza out and after our first deep pan request in the hour and half we were their never saw a single deep pan again just crappy thin crust or any more selection than 3 pizza out at any time despite it going to over 30 people in the restaurant. Don't know why no deep pans came out given this is what pizza hut is famous for. On top of that the constant messages for tips, QR code order at table do you want to leave a tip? Email after do you want to leave a tip? I ordered myself, I got the food myself, I got the drinks myself, I got ice cream myself and the selection was abysmal, plus getting random stares as chatting with my wife. The worst pizza hut I've ever experienced and wouldn't come back. I get they don't want to put massive pizzas out if not loads of people but to call it a buffet you need a selection beyond 3 pizzas

Awful experience. As approaching the entrance we could see it was quiet and the waitress who was cleaning could be clearly lip read as saying ffs. Entered the restaurant and greeted with 'its card only' by the miserable waitress. As she showed us to our seats she told us we had to order our food via the app. At this point I said to our party should we go somewhere else. The youngest of our party wanted to stay. We ordered 2 sharing pizzas and an individual. When it came the sharers were about the size of a 10" and the individual was 7" basically a child's pizza for £18. Presentation was terrible, looked like a toddler had made it. When biting into the individual the pizza dough was still raw in the middle and tasted Awful. At £18 for a child's pizza. Will never return, service Awful, food Awful and all at an extortionate price.

Got our order wrong twice, even tho you order on the app . Forgot item, then we got them later when we had finished everything else. The food was ok

I haven't had Pizza Hut since the States over three years ago. UK Pizza Hut is better in fact. The only thing is they assume you are going to run out without paying the bill, other than that, the pizza is amazing and they have the best salad bar in Greater Manchester.

Pizzas and food are great. Not a fan of the online ordering system, going out for dinner and you?re forced to sit staring at a phone for part of it. Bringing back actual human interaction.
