Had a absolute nightmare recently where I broke my phone and lost all access to my emails and online banking.
John Paul and Joanne were nothing but amazing in helping me sort a new device and fixed it all out big time. Really good store with amazing staff.

Just been in with a problem with sim card. Tried online to resolve but got no where. Was dealt with by Mark who had me up and running in no time.

Rude custoner service. shop closed 15 mins before closure, spoke to someone on the phone to say im on my way they said yes fine, turned up at 20 past shop was closed when opening hours say 5 30, to be point blank ignored and then spoken to like an imbisilie. I wouldnt recommend 02 to anybody that suffers with thier mental health as none of the staff have vunerable person training and if they do they are not using it.

Lucky that your getting that. Went in today with an issue I have been having from upgrading . 3 weeks now Lovely lad helping. Till the old lady came over butted in made the situation worse. Told me basically network problems. I said how can it be when everyone has 4g I don't. Instead of helping said lets just revise your contract ?.. told me would not do anything else and then roller her eyes when I told her no . SO RUDE! SHOULD NOT BE ON THE SHOP FLOOR.

I have been an O2 customer for nearly 10 years, and it's been a shame that I've had almost no signal coverage in the past 2 years! I have reported numerous times that my signal is not good and I have no internet, but their response is always that, according to them, everything is perfect. I pay £39.25 per month for nothing, and it's interesting that somehow I always have to pay an extra £1-£2 when the bill is due! But it's okay, I'm counting the days until January when my contract expires, and I finally get rid of this miserable provider. I hope you will give me a call then to ask why I want to switch providers. It will be just as satisfying as the feeling of paying £40 per month for nothing for 2 years because the signal and internet are unusable.
