Been to many hairdressers in Wigan but stuck with Norman and Phillips for the past 10 years as its simply the best and most consistent had most of the different stylists cut my hair and its perfect each time. Would definitely recommend! Right across from a bus stop and between two train stations so transport wise its maybe one of the most accessible parts of the whole town.

I had my hair done at the weekend, and asked for a natural balayage look from brown to blonde. I?ve now got chunky and stripey bits of blonde which aren?t blended at all, and it doesn?t look natural in the slightest. I?m regretting having it done, and now just wanna go back to my natural colour.When I complained they laughed at my mental health issues and refused to refund me.Avoid at all costs!!!Service: Hair coloring
