No atmosphere, really expensive. Similar quality to primark & robotic staff that look like they don't want to be there . Sandals nearly £40 when they're getting them made for a few quid. Rip off. Only shopped there as we had a gift card.

Been in numerous times, store doesn?t carry anything bigger than size 16 , the odd time they have one plus size item, it?d age you by 30+ years. Staff are incredibly rude, ordered click and collect which ended up being 4 days later than planned, not even an apology for. Staff member couldn?t even use basic greetings like ?hi? or ?bye?, didn?t speak to me for the whole transaction other than to ask for ID.
