I have been with Nationwide for over seven years and have used the Wigan branch many times. Staff are very polite and efficient. Never had any issues. Type of banking. General enquiries, current accounts, savings accounts, insurance.

Excellent customer service. I needed assistance and every member of staff had time for me. I had a bank with Barclays for over 20 years and left due to the lack of care I was given in Barclays Wigan branch, I thought that's the way ahead now but the staff at nationwide put my faith back into face to face customer care and I would recommend to anyone to bank with nationwide.Thank you team Wigan

The local branch staff are friendly, helpful and available by phone. A proper banking service. Not a call centre. Highly recommended.

Best bank there is I am a disabled person and struggle doing day to day tasks no bank would help me as I didn?t have a phone at the time I had been through some hard times over the past year and I went to Santander Barclays all the banks there is to be honest and no one would help me until I came here they sorted me out with a bank straight away after around a whole year of no one helping me they deserve more credit and recognition geniunley would rate it 100 stars if I could so friendly and understanding and so so helpful if you don?t have certain things like a mobile phone in my case they deserve a reward for best bank there?s is thankyou nationwide you guys are honestly life savers

Worst experience I have ever had yesterday with Narionwide, very disgusting service.Been with them 22 years, good saving amount in the, yet left highly unhappy.Il be switching like my family did.Never recommend to anyone.
