Visited today. Was just about to walk out as the food was vile. Then I overheard what turned out to be a manager shouting at a young female member of staff who was obviously unwell in a way I can only describe as disgusting, accusing her of lying, all this in front of customers. The poor girl was close to tears and simply left. I left shortly after but I should have told this 'manager' exactly what I thought in front of the few customers left. I'll never go there again and suggest you don't either. If the young girl sees this, don't go back love. No one deserves to be spoken to like that

I am absolutely disgusted with the service i recieved at this mcdonald?s. Had to wait 40 minutes and then had to go in TWICE and the one burger they had given us had gone stone called. They then blamed it on ?losing? the receipt. Very irresponsible.Not my first issue with this mcdonald?s either.

Spent about £20 for two Luke warm burgers, sent both fries back as they were cold after waiting over 10 minutes. Struggled to find a clean table to sit at so cleaned one myself. No tomato sauce in the dispenser and when I asked for napkins/serviettes, I was told there was bone left in the establishment.

Staff are just useless to be honest. Just stand around chatting not doing much, especially at night. They always forget sauces, even the ones you pay. Just full of young kids working who don?t give a shit. What can you expect

They NEVER give you the sauces ordered when making a delivery. Food is often cold when delivered too and can take absolutely ages!
Parking: Most spaces are taken up by delivery drivers or parked up orders from drive thru, avoid trying to park up to dine in, you will be lucky to get a space especially at busy times

This McDonald's has a lot of road traffic using the drive through as it's close to the motorway junction, food can take a little longer to come but not as bad as saddle junction maccies, usually decent I've had a few wraps that have been really nice so 4 stars

The worst Macdonald's we've ever had, service was terrible, it was chaotic, I was given the wrong order and the fries had been put it the bag upside down so where everywhere, spoke to someone who's attitude was awful. My sons burger was a mess and everything was stone cold. Won't be going again in a hurry.
