Slow service and dirty and the food was cold. Not what one would expect from McDonalds.
It's removed the tomato sauce dispenser so obviously penning pinching management
Toilets were out of order
Bins were overflowing.
Carpark was icy causing a danger to pedestrians

The chances of getting what you ordered at this outlet is remote. Time after time there has been something wrong with my order. I now apologise to anyone in the queue behind me at the drive through as I don't leave the last window until I have checked my order, which means a wait whilst they correct. The best advice I can offer is to go to the outlet at the Saddle. Then again, if you travel that far, KFC or Burger King are better options.

awful. I?ve been waiting about 30 minutes for a happy meal, grimace shake and a iced coffee, my order was apparently ?ready? for about 15 minutes and I had to ask 3 employees for my order, 2 walked off and didn?t say a word back. Hate this place wouldn?t recommend if people are not patient for their food my legs hurt and I?m hungry and I?m pissed off

30 minute wait for a basic order. Someone ask the staff to bathe too, the smell is unbearable.

We went through the drive through last night 21/12/24 at 9pm, a young male started to take our order. He was extremely rude, laughing at our order, said our order was ?strange? and just kept saying ?right okay? as if he was trying to hurry us up. The lad also laughed when we asked for one of the burgers to have no cheese and he said ?haha that?s weird, that it?? What if there was an allergen issue and he is making fun of it?
It by far the worst customer service I have experienced at any fast food place and it?s even more shocking the fact that these staff are ?trained? before interacting with customers.
I asked to speak to the manager on shift and an assistant manager came over who was very apologetic and said she would speak to him immediately, she even offered part of our order free. I can not fault the assistant manager at all, however, the lad on DT needs keeping away from customers until properly trained or choose a different job that involves no customer interactions.
As we pulled up to the 2nd window to collect our order, I could see him and a girl laughing about our order and the fact we?ve reported his behavior to a manager - he found it amusing.

Only order a happy meal and had to park up. No apologies and all the bays was already taken, surely they know how many people they have in the bays already.

After ordering two large 9 nugget meals through the drive through we have only received one lot of nuggets and only realised when we arrived home. We have already paid.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter the McDs with a wheelchair, limited disabled parking.
