Took absolutely ages to get through drive thru even though it was a Monday at 11.00am

Not one for complaining but I queued up for 15 to 20 minutes today in the " drive through " placed my order then eventually got to the end to pick up my food and was told that my card was declined ( enough money in the account by the way) .
I was asked by one of the staff Anna for my bank card so she could take it and scan it again. I really don't think they should be doing this as I could be giving my card info to anyone.
I was then asked to drive around again or come into the restaurant didn't fancy waiting another 20 mins in a queue so drove away.
I recommend investing in a wireless card reader instead of asking for people's bank cards.
I will not be going here in the future.

I always order my breakfast here from the drive through. Every single time they ask me to park up and wait. The last 2 times I've had to wait over 25 min for a sausage and egg muffin. Not really what I would call fast food.

this place is a joke, walked in ordered at the touchscreen and there is no paper in the printer then been waiting about 25min for few cheesburgers and fries, finally when food came everythin was cold and really uneatable. defo won't be using this place again. avoid !!!

Rude staff . They don't have experience with don't care .they can't serve order without missing..
