Took absolutely ages to get through drive thru even though it was a Monday at 11.00am

Not one for complaining but I queued up for 15 to 20 minutes today in the " drive through " placed my order then eventually got to the end to pick up my food and was told that my card was declined ( enough money in the account by the way) .

Plain??? I order a mcCrispy meal and they give me a pain burger with nothing on it. That isn’t a McCrispy….
