Shocking service raw burgers to the point we left our food behind staff to busy sorting there social life out and not attending to customers needs by far my worst experience I?ve ever had the displeasure to pay for and I will be here to answer any question there staff have with their behaviour shocking service if there was a minus option I?d say -10

Not the best Macdonalds we have visited. Cleanliness could have been improved. Rubbish littered outside the entrance. A bit disappointed.

I recently bought a box of chicken nuggets from McDonald's, and I can't believe what I found! I was excited to enjoy my meal when I spotted a fly nestled right in the nuggets. I was horrified! I mean, how can a place like McDonald's let something so disgusting happen? This is completely unacceptable. I expect better hygiene and quality control from a fast-food giant. I won't be returning anytime soon, and I definitely won't be recommending this location to anyone. It was such a disappointing experience! I DIDNT EVEN GET A REFUND

Ordered at the wrong place, rang to see if j could get money back. Absolutely no help and proceeded ro tell me I'm wrong and cause I'm to far it wouldn't have gone through yet I have a recipe in my bank and on my vanilla saying its from here.

Food ordered at 8:09am. Came burnt. Had to pick a layer of crap off before I could attempt to eat it. Even then, it was rubbish. If the food is that poor at the start of the day, I can only imagine how bad it will be later on.

We ordered food for delivery and the idiot staff "forgot" to include the fries. So they take money for a product that they refuse to provide. In other words, STEALING.
They NEVER get delivery orders right. The staff are simply NOT CAPABLE of following simple instructions. Most of them probably can't even read. Avoid this place like the plague.

Very disappointing visit today. Nuggets were cold, chips were stale and cold, disgusting and barely edible. They missed part of my order. Went back to get missing item and it was thrown in a random bag without the monopoly stickers. Place was dirty, crumbs all over tables and sauces and sticky fingerprints all over the seats, lock on the toilet door was broken.
Used to love visiting when I worked in town, but it's gone seriously downhill to the point I wouldn't bother going back

I was hassled by a fellow customer this morning in Wigan Town centre McDonalds. The staff just stood there looking, said and did nothing. I walked out in disgust.

Ordered bacon egg and added sausage an clearly says on the screen and the wrapper yet no sausage on the breakfast, had these issues before so won't be going back there making mistakes like that come on!!

Ordered 2 takeaway raps both grilled chicken 1 was grilled other one wasn?t reported it to a staff member cleaning and waited half hour for this to still not receive it so went to the counter to ask for the order to find out they hadn?t even made it with no apologies ridiculous timings I told them to leave it because I wasn?t waiting any longer

What a complete and total disgrace this place is! My partner and I ordered from this ?restaurant? and it was appalling!! We had a drink missing, no sauces or straws as requested, and my burger looked like my dog had just chewed it up and spat it back out. All of this clearly displays the staffs can?t be bothered attitude!
