Used to love Matalan about 10 years ago, I pop in now and again but never buy anything cos they never have my size in things I like. I am a common size which clearly sells out first. Parking is good and free for a few hours

I visited this shop on robin park to browse the Christmas sales. However I then received a parking fine, and I have not received any support from this store with this matter. Therefore illustrating that I am clearly not a valued customer!!

Great value , however upon entry I was given a discount voucher, this was spend £40 and get 20% off, I wasn't planning on spending that as I only wanted a single item , but I did , only to find at the till it wouldn't work as some of my items were reduced, but they were not priced as reduced, this caused a lot of fuss and then backed up the tills as it took ages to try and sort, I did not use the voucher as it was virtually impossible to do so

My daughter needed the toilet desperately and got discriminated when there?s no other toilets to be used around the retail park she has a bladder issue which she does not like to discuss and the lady automatically assumed that there was nothing wrong with her and refused her to use it so i will definitely not be shopping in this store ever again. Absolutely appalling customer service.
