Slow staffs, when you order always you need to stay 30-40min for a small order. And the food is not fresh and delicious like another branches.

Zinger burger? More like not a zinger burger. When I was in dire need of a zinger burger, pemberton kfc gave me a zingerless burger.

Came today and what an experience! Never ever again! From the minute I arrived I?d never felt so unwelcomed in my life, the lady who took my order looked like she didn?t want to be there. Waited around 15 minutes for my order, they had no popcorn so substituted it with bites. Got back in the car opened my box gravy everywhere(which was freezing) chips were ok, but the mini fillets tasted like they?ve been sat from last month. Just over all a horrible experience.

This place could do with a deep clean and while the the girl serving was lovely the place was very dirty greasy etc and the counter looked like it hadn't been clean or even wiped for weeks if not months.
The chicken was dry inside meaning I had to have a drink with each bite and at kfc I'm use to lovely moist juicy chicken. The coating was also burnt and dark brown like the oil was old. I also seemed to get half a portion of fries and they were nearly all little thin crispy bits of potato

Possibly the worst KFC going. Substitute items rather than just refusing the order. If I wanted a chicken burger cut in half, I would have ordered that, as opposed to the mini fillets I actually ordered!Still frozen chips, quite a low point, even for your mediocre skills.
