I was very disappointed with my ordering had a fillet burger and tge size of my chicken was very small it filled less than half of the bun, it wasn't noticed until I got home as I would have given it back was I still in the shop

I?m not usually a fan of KFC food but I?m t was freshly made and really tasty. The staff are lovely, really friendly and efficient even when they are y get pressure as it was really busy. I would definitely recommend

Standard rum of the mill KFC. No option to order at till. Issues with the self serve preventing speedy ordering times.
Next to no atmosphere but serves its purpose.

This used to be the best KFC for a long radius.
Went today, gravy watery and tasteless, chicken burgers very dry, and stale bread, chicken fillet seemed over cooked, it was hard and dry. Lettuce was wet, soggy and see through. Chips weren't cooked properly. Such a shame, as it's not cheap anymore either.

Ordered a 12 piece boneless bucket with delivery for £34.23 and when it arrived no bucket , no chicken just chips and small sides instead of large ones

very few times, we had such a perfect meal from KFC. Fresh fried fries , crispy, chicken perfectly cooked and tasty, all piping hot. We truly enjoyed our meals

It's a kfc. So reviewing it seems pointless to be honest but I had to do it.
Food... apart from paying over £50!!!!!!! For 4 meals, you'd expect them to get the order right. Especially when you are LITERALLY the only person in the store. They didn't even have any computer orders to do. So how they messed this up is beyond me. Also, the burgers where falling apart in the box. Had to rebuilt them just so we could eat.
Service... what service. They messed up the order. There's signs saying you have to order at the touch screens, of which there is only 1. Good job there wasn't anyone else in there otherwise I'd be waiting alot longer than I did. And they don't even speak to you when you pick up the food.
Atmosphere... the most atmosphere I got was when they realised they didn't put enough chips in and had to request more
Honestly... I don't expect alot from a fast food place. But I do expect them to be able to at least do there job ????
