Just ordered, 1Ton of Limestone from your Wigan branch and wanted to say the guy who helped me was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I stupidly, didn't ask his name, but wanted to say how much of an ambassador he is to your business. Hopefully you can find his name from the transaction in your system and give him the recognition he deserves. (Update, the Sales guy is called Reece).
2nd order with Jewson's Wigan and was again helped by Reece, great support, friendly and very helpful finding my details when I didn't have the chit available. Again, an ambassador to your business and will definitely get my future orders. Why can't all B2C transactions be this good, other companies need to look at your business model and copy it.

Arthur the driver who delivered our sand today, put it exactly where it was needed, his accuracy with the crane was the best I?ve seen, manoeuvred over a 5ft wall around a 8ft fence, around a telegraph pole & all its cables. Didn?t even nudge a thing, amazing. He was a superstar

I have ordered 3 items one week in advance. Left my phone number just in case if any of it is unavailable. When I got to the store I've been told that there is no drill ready and they just wanted to ring me. They said I can go to Saint Helens instead. I have asked if in Saint Helens store is everything I need? They confirmed everything is there waiting for me. I got to Saint Helens store, there was no drill size I needed. Waist of time and fuel.
