Came here to swap a pair of shoes that I was gifted as they were too big. They didn't have them in stock but the process of ordering them with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and getting it delivered was very easy.

A little loud inside but polite, helpful staff working well as a team. Prices are reasonable given the time of year.

Honestly don't just think it's the one JD store that would get a 1 star think it's pretty much every JD Iv stepped foot into.
The place is just layed out so crap never any sizes loads of S and XL hardly any M and L. The prices have gone stupid!
As for the staff wow! I thought McDonald's hired the brain dead. Clearly not. I'm beginning to realise that this the next generation are done for. They hire kids between 16-25 I'd say. Not one of them have a good attitude. Walk around with a face like a smacked arse. And the till service has got to be just as slow as they are in the head. The brand new trainer is 3 years old by the time you've paid. I was in a que of about four people yesterday two lads on the tills just chatting away took almost half an hour to pay for my stuff. Stop hiring there kids they don't want to work they want paying for doing nothing.

I wanted to leave a reveiw because i think staff with great customer service skills deserve it! Yesterday i came in around tea time to return my daughters Crocs. There were two lovely young girls on the counter one in particular went out of her way to try to get me the ones i wanted. Her attitude to her job was outstanding, she was very pleasant and friendly and think staff like that are great representitives for a store. Thankyou to that lovely young girl?
