Went to get a new iPhone today for my Daughter and I received Excellent service and Quality from J. Very happy with the phone. Had my little lad with me who saw a gaming keyboard so ended up doing me a good deal on that also ? ?

Went there to change/repair a screen of Samsung s23 Ultra after waiting 4 days , i asked the owner to give me the so proclaimed new Original screen to check it out and after I was doing my research on serial number etc he got mad and refused to repair it because he got exposed and refused to fix it ? carefully people from this place it?s a scam or at least do some research on the product especially expensive ones before any action you will see 100% a reaction ?

My phone wouldn?t charge and i was told by my network provider that it would take a week to fix lucky i found J&J Phone Drop and he fixed it with in minutes, definitely would recommend!

I?ve never had a problem with phone drop. I?ve been several times and would not go anywhere elseWent today to have my iPhone 13pro max screen fixAs it was very badly damage as I drop it last nite on tiles.When I went to collect it was like newWhat a brilliant job it was ??Also had my battery done about 7 mths ago on my old phone as it was not charging wellSo after that it was brilliant ?Would recommend anyone to go to phone drop.Would give full starsAll staff very helpful and polite.

Unprofessional....rude... and violent..I bought a phone holder from this shop, 2hours later it broke and I was near the shop,so I brought the holder for him with the intention of getting replacement or refund. Never got my money or the replacement just like that... I tried to reason with him but he got so violent and rude in a second as if he was ready for this and ask me to leave the shop (not with the normal words but hands and treats ).... if you go there be aware of the backup.. when you start asking your money or the replacement you will see her...
