“Fantastic service today at Wigan Town Centre. Comfy bed and clean room as always with Premier Inn. However, a special mention to the staff, particularly the young lady on breakfast this morning (I’m sorry I forgot to ask your name) but it was 16/11/25 @ 8:30. She asked if there were allergies for breakfast. 3 of us are coeliac, which makes eating out a usually very anxious experience.She immediately asked if we would like our breakfast cooked fresh to avoid contamination, amazing!!!! Once seated she also arrived at the table with fresh clean cutlery and removed the ones already there. I thanked her at the time, but wanted to say thank you again. Great service is rarely acknowledged, and you were fantastic!”

“Initial perception is a bit deceiving as yhe outside looks quite new but the inside is a bit tired and the old wooden floors everywhere
But on the plus side comfortable and I got a good sleep, the food prices for the Beefeater look very reasonable as well so all in all not a bad place to stay”

“Great little pub with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Good selection of craft ales and lagers. Does need a little tidy up inside as a bit dated but, some could argue it's part of the character.”
