“Nice, bright, clean & spacious store. Always something different to find. Good selection of stock in for various tasks like planning travel, gardening, festivals, homeward & the essentials all under one roof.”

“Best place to get frozen food closest to where I live. Always well stocked & tidy. Wish aisles were a little wider, as it can be a little cramped when someone is browsing with a trolley in one freezer to allow another past, even worse when people decided to stand talking about their life stories, like today in the aisle that also has the ceiling support in ?”

“Aldi is very similar to Lidl, with lots of different random products other supermarkets wouldn't stock. My hands were freezing today during a walk around the Christmas markets, popped into Aldi knowing they'd stock some. Low and behold, middle aisle, leather fur lined gloves.”

“Im a regular at Farmfoods, great for bargains and discounts.
They have some really cheap fruit strawberries for £1, blueberries, raspberries always pick up a bargain and also the chocolate is low priced too.”

“Some good deals and friendly staff. Can get lottery here too. Often have quality food for £1. Great choice of frozen food. fresh sandwich fillers and snacks. Only down side is last time I tried the 10 for £10 deal it didn’t go through and ended up paying the full price instead. Would only try 10 for £10 deal as a separate transaction from now on.”

“Good aldi store with a great bunch of friendly staff ?
The aldi brand has outgrown this old size of store, and even though its been extended, it is not big enough for its justifiable popularity.”

“Staff are very helpful & friendly at this store. Great variety of frozen and dried foods. Great prices too. The store is bigger than some of the others and isles are nice and wide so you don’t feel squashed in when it gets busy. Store is also very clean and tidy.”

“My favourite place to shop, especially the bakery.... Which costs me a small fortune everytime but it's all so tasty. Getting coupons aswell for items I will actually purchase is a bonus.”

“The store is generally okay – clean and has the usual Lidl range. But it’s quite small, and usually only two checkouts are open, so queues can get long. Would be great to see faster service.”

3.7Good55 Reviews

“Service is good, additional checkouts are available and well managed. The store staff are pleasant and offer good service. The product selection and quality is reasonable and price is good. Store is clean and accessible.”

“This franchise has just reopened following a major overhaul, and I have to say it has vastly improved..Much more room and better accessibility is the main benefit. The store also appears to have much more stock than before whilst improving the space in the aisles..It's everything you need and expect from a Tesco express.”

4.1Good7 Reviews

“The store is average, nothing special. Reasonably clean, staff and service are good. Sometimes a bit slow to open additional checkouts, there’s a small fresh bakery and the store has a good selection of products and range.”

“The shop is good my main problem with it is there are 4 blue badge spaces there but when i go to park there they are invariably all taken by people without disability and often for the cash machine.”

“Fantastic local shop, (until today's experience it would have always been 5*) where my mother in law has shopped loyally for years. Unfortunately, as of today we can no longer afford to take her to do her own shopping because there is a half hour parking restriction with a hefty fine. She has Alzheimer's and vascular dementia and is now unsteady on her feet.Today my husband was stressed trying to rush her round so as not to incur a fine. They had to miss out whole isles to get round. She had to leave half of her list as she won't / can't be hurried. This was too stressful for her so thank you for the past local shop but from now on it will have to be done online or somewhere without parking fines!! People want to support local but it's now impossible! Such a shame that when she needs you most we discover that loyalty only works one way!If you shop here make sure you watch the time!”

“Just been in Tesco a young lad around 10 getting his mum Mother’s Day presents. When he got to the till he was 2 pound short but before anyone could offer the young man any money Mackenzie (hope it’s spelled right) who was on the till went straight to her pocket and paid the remainder on her card. Things like this by staff should be rewarded wonderful to see, she isn’t so old herself and obviously has been brought up the right way. Well done Mackenzie a credit to Tesco.”

“Just a really friendly, clean, well stocked fuel station and convenience store. Staff always willing to offer help and advice with a smile along with a smart presentation. Tills always managed to avoid customer queue's. Good selection of magazines and newspapers Alina with occasional locally sourced books or gifts.Plenty of parking with disabled bays and a ATM close to the main entrance. Gas/Air needing money and a hand car wash I believe though I've not used it.”

“At the time of paying, I couldn't access my Nectar app in order to get the discount on my shopping. However, the cashier was very quick to reassure me and suggested I ask the customers in the queue as someone is bound to have one... Great customer service. Now, why didn't I think of that..?”

“Staff are really friendly and helpful, the store has soul because of them.
The Manager is really hard working always keeping busy on the shop floor.
He deserves a promotion and an extra cple days holiday a year.
Thinking about it, they all do..”

“A convenient store with easily accessible products for my daily needs. I believe public WiFi for customers would be ideal as I have difficulty using my phone in the store for both payments via the Tesco and Costa apps due to the poor data service within the area.”
