I'm gay and they didn't serve me first! So the service was terrible.. I had to shout how important I was, over a lady struggling with her baby to be heard! No rainbow flags in the store, so they're obviously homophobic!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Greenhalgh's. 4 staff members all stood behind the counter doing nothing while 1 member of staff mops around them. Poor selection of hot pastry goods . Staff unaware of what stock they had left. I asked if they had any soup and they pointed to a sign instead... read full comment
