We were recommended this travel company by a friend. I rang and they answered many questions about a trip to Grenada. Wow we booked Sandals through the company and they suggested a Lovers Lagoon room, it really did fit the bill, a quiet location just as we requested. So impressed, thank you very much.

My wife and I have been using Ryan, Rebekah and the team for the last 8 or 9 years and have always found them highly professional, quick to react and each time we have booked they have saved us money against either going direct to Sandals, BA or Virgin. So cannot recommend them enough.

Angry and disappointed ?Booked an all inclusive holiday with Rebekah to Sandals Royal Barbados for 4 couples. Had confirmation 8 weeks prior to travel that we were all booked on the same flights to Barbados from and back to Heathrow. When we came to check in at the airport for the return journey home my husband and I were shocked to discover we had been booked on a different flight to the other 3 couples in our party!!! Our flight was scheduled to land several hours after our friends so we had to frantically search for a taxi company that was able to pick us up from Heathrow at such short notice and take us home?this was made even harder due to the time difference and ours was an evening flight!!!! All we have had in the way of an explanation from Rebekah is ?it was human error? and nothing we can do. No apology, no offer of payment for the additional taxi to the others in the group we had to have or recompense in any way!! She doesn?t even respond to my emails anymore!!! Shocking after sales service!!!Never again will we use got2gotravel.

I'm saddened to actually be writing this as we've booked numerous times with Got2GoTravel and spent alot of money with them.We originally booked for Barbados back in 2020 to travel in July 2022 for our 10th wedding anniversary. We changed this booking because of covid and decided to change the date to accommodate my 50th in May 2023. I became aware that Virgin weren't flying from Manchester direct, even Virgin confirmed this to me. Our dates were set and couldn't allter so decided to cancel the Barbados trip and take ourselves and the kids to New York for our sons 18th. This is when it all started!!!We were told by Rebekah that we'd lose the deposit.....at no point were we told the deposit was none refundable, I have every email and no mention. Bearing in mind we booked with Got2GoTravel, not with Sandals directly. I was at this point willing to lose the deposit as really couldn't be doing with the attitude and stress we were getting from Rebekah and lack of call backs from Ryan. My husband and another agent told me to hold fire as the flights didn't exist, so we did and low and behold months later they didn't exist. Got2GoTravel still didn't refund us straight away, even though they knew the holiday wasn't going ahead, Ryan even said in a message he didn't think it would but still wouldn't refund!!! We have now finally received our refund thankfully.The experience though wasn't pleasant and will not be booking with Got2GoTravel again! Not sure what's happened guys but you need to brush up on your Customer Service and actually return customers calls!

I can't thank Ryan enough for his patience and advice this year . He arranged our holiday of a lifetime to The Maldives and with all the changing advice this year due to the pandemic, he kept on top of everything and when we doubted , many times, that it would actually happen, he advised us and updated us constantly. We have just returned from an amazing holiday . Thanks to Ryan and all the team !

I stressed that I would only book if I could get premier seats( it was before Thomas Cook went under). They assured me they could sort it so I paid 300£ deposit. They couldn't sort it and kept my deposit ?
