Great selection. Definitely need the discount card to get near other retailers prices. Better than just online for stuff because obviously can try things on. Staff helpful. Wigan store is great.

I placed an online order and a blonde lady (so sorry I did not catch her name) was on the online orders service desk at around 18:30. She was so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
She showed me the tent I had ordered and helped me understand that my beds would not fit in it. She found me a suitable alternative that was larger and explained to the benefits of it.
She is an asset to your team! Thankyou.

Purchased a good few items from here, good parking, well stocked shelves.
Good selection of hiking boots and camping equipment.
Few bargains around but other items can be pricey like wellington boots are well overpriced here.

Made an order online. Went to collect and made my way to the collection point. A shop worker then just asked what items id ordered, went in the back and brought them to me and told me I had to pay for them at the till. I then had to wait in a slow queue to pay for the items. There was also an offer code on the website which I had used and had saved me a few pounds. the lady at the till first said I couldn't use it and then when I explained how I had used it online spent an age getting a manager and processing the transaction. Clearly wasn't a click and collect process like most retailers. Will look elsewhere in future and stay away from the miserable staff in the Wigan store

I really like this shop. Staff are always smiling and happy to help. I usually find myself greeted on entry but left to browse without interruption with the comfort of knowing someone is there to answer my questions if needed. The people on the tills are always happy and helpful. I dont shop anywhere else for me or my D of E group

It's convenient but stock levels are often wrong. Bought some boots labelled as waterproof, after 2 uses they leaked, took them back and I was told they are just water-resistant. Eventually they refunded after a lengthy argument.
