I’ve been having these meals for over 6 months now, initially to help with calorie control. They are all really tasty and the variety from week to week is great. I’ve tried a few different meal prep menus and this is the best. Would definitely recommend.

I have been having Bens meals for a while now and I have to say these are amazing! I have them delivered to my door twice a week.The meals are so tasty and filling they are so easy and convenient and keep me on track with my training. The new menu drops always brings an amazing new fav meal this time chicken casserole...

Would highly recommend 10/10 for every meal I have had the sloppy Joe burger is just amazing?defo one of my favourites defo be ordering again.

All of our meals are produced in-house and delivered to you (or available for pick up) twice per week.
