Not the most friendly of staff and nor are they decent prices, don?t know about how efficient they are for deliveries as never used, just always seem difficult to deal with???
Spend £2000 a month with local competition, maybe we don?t spend enough????

I made an order on the 26th of June and it was suppose to be delivered by the 3rd of July. 4h of July came around and no delivery so we call the head office and they explained that the order was received by the Wigan branch and it was suppose to be delivered on 3rd of July and they do not have information in regards to why they didn't. They said that they emailed the branch to chase it up for us and it will email us, on the next day no one has emailed us regarding the order so we called the branch and they said that they will send it in the afternoon. This day passed and no delivery so I called the next day and the person called Alex was extremely rude on the phone. He first started saying that he will send it today as it was sitting on the shelf and doesn't know why it hasn't been sent, then when I ask to speak to a manager and get some sort of refund for the delivery at leas considering they haven't delivered in time and not even emailed to say about delays, he flipped and started saying that now apparently it is showing that they attempted delivery but we were not home which cannot be far away from the truth as I work from home and my partner is stay home mom so there is always someone at home, also the item that we order is so small that it could be post through the letter box or a letter to be left through the letter box. Then when I wanted to speak to a manager he said that apparently he is a manager today and that frankly because of the way I am talking to him he doesn't care to help me and hung up the phone.

Customer is King, no customer no Kingdom! Yes there are signs at the motor gate indicating no entry ?? no parking etc but there is more than enough space to design parking collection points on inside fence so Vans of the business can do their thing but when I get fobbed off because they are unloading it?s not on. Get in and drive off mate to allow two customers to pass out.
It?s not rocket science Management. Bought a battery and done in 5 minutes but had to reverse out with another customer because your business didn?t want to shift their one Van blocking the motor exit so I won?t be back ?
Ps: spares purchased seem good and service.
