Poor service and misleading
Went in for a watch and after taking time to choose, the sales man came back to say they didn't have it in stock and agrees it shouldn't be out. He said someone was coming to help me but they never came.
This same person came to the till after my husband finished looking for what he wanted and several other staff were sat down chatting elsewhere on the shop floor. There were only two people in front of us and It took so long to queue that we put our other items down and left.
Awful service in an empty shop.

Stood for 20 minutes at the kiosk waiting to be served whilst 4 staff sat on a table chatted and one was dealing with a customer at length. Left the bunch of stuff I was going to buy at the desk and walked out. Zero service, don't even want to take your money

Been and purchased quite a few times, experience can be solely down to staff members as some cant be bothered and just tell you to order online.
But if everyone did that then these people would have no jobs ! Not the brightest of staff some of them
