I ordered milkshakes from this place and I recieved them no problem no spillage however as we ordered a lot of milkshakes they did not come with labels on them telling us wich one is wich as someone cud have had a nut allergy n they weren?t labelled we rung up to speak to somebody about this and the person we spoke to was extremely rude shouting at us down the phone was very poorly customer service towards customers I will not be ordering from these again as I am not happy with this order

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The food was below average, but the real issue was the terrible customer service. When I tried to address my concerns, the person responding was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of solving the issue, they were dismissive and disrespectful.
If you value good service and a decent dining experience, I highly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of better options where customers are treated with respect.

Order some food if you want. You might get it you might not, they do phone to tell you they are busy which is great but you'll be left hungry because they don't have staff to deliver, but they will still take your well earned money I live 12 minutes away. £36 with partial delivery no thanks never again why accept an order if you can't get it done?
They just see ???

The just eat app wouldn't give me an option to pay with cash so I called the restaurant and they were polite. I am being charged a fair price for what I ordered and these have never let me down.

Ordered and paid for food but didn't received what I ordered. Called restaurant and they refused to correct what I paid for.
STAY AWAY , food is under cooked and they don't respect there customers....

Food is either wrong or delivered late and when you ring to try and sort it they just fob you off. I would advise people not to use this restaurant
