Late review but maybe a year ago I went in and I bought Plants Vs Zombies Battle for Neighbourville. The worker there was very nice and polite to me. When I got home I realised that he actually put Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 in the box. I remembered then that Battle for Neighbour ville is a terrible game and that PVZGW2 is the best of the franchise. Elite game knowledge, I'm grateful that I was given the wrong disc.

I haven?t had the best experience at the Wigan store I dropped my phone off on the drop and go service to sell and they told me that i would get a phone call by the next day if they wasn?t to buy my phone off me I never heard anything for two days which was really strange I then went back into the store and asked about my phone they didn?t really know why I hadn?t been contacted or they didn?t even know why they wasn?t buying my phone from me no notes left on my order to say otherwise totally wasted my time I ended up selling elsewhere in the end the excuse they given me was just rubbish my phone was in perfect working condition I think my phone wasn?t even checked and if I hadn?t of gone back I don?t even think they would of even contacted me what a waste of two trips to Wigan worst customer service I have ever received I would of given 0 stars if I could this is a honest review

Five stars for the staff! Ryan(Wigan store) helped me with the unpairing of my Apple Watch as I hadn?t done it. Was really patient throughout process.

Visited this store on 02/01/25 wanting to trade some items in was told it would take 2hrs to test I then said will I just want to trade the 1 item in the guy told me that it didn?t matter how many items that I traded in would still be 2hrs just felt as though they just said that because they didn?t want to take my items took said items to my local store who quoted me less time will not recommend to anybody

The worst place, how bad to see people drinking beer during working hours and getting annoyed when you are asking about a product. Totally unpleasant. They should change some people including the manager.

Not happy at all with the way they have treated me I paid £100 for a tablet and after 3 weeks it was not allowing me to charge it just keeps saying moisture detection when it has not been near any water so I take it in to get it sorted out and after looking at it was told it fine now so as it was now charging again I never thought anything of it and then 1 week later it happened again so went in again with it but this time told me they couldn't fix it and wouldn't give me a refund as it was now over the 28 day policy but it wasn't the 1st time. I paid £50 for a movie app and had to loose it they then told me I would receive it by post on Thursday as it was Tuesday I went in it is now a week later and till no sign of it so no tablet for over Xmas thank you so much for the stressful Xmas I will warn anyone buying from there to be very careful as they will do what they can to avoid paying a refund and I hope it here soon not happy shouldn't treat customers this way.

Bought this today for 4 pounds and got scammed because I was gonna swap the case of my singstar game (scratched to bits by the way)because it was dirty and when I got the paper out it just fell apart and I could have got the microphone set from somewhere better which is games n more i recommend for 45p. Got scammed 3 quid and I'm not shopping here again

Items are far to pricey if you trade items in the valuations are really bad you'll get more for your money on Facebook market place or gumtree

Very chill and kind staff and they have everything games consoles phones etc
very cheap games meanwhile on the ps4 and Xbox store they cost 2x more
