Only giving 5 stars because if you order the double XL bacon cheeseburger you can add extra cheese and another burger for not much more and end up with a mega burger, I've only done it once but it was great

Usually pop into.McD's but decuded to pick up a BK instead has hadn't tried for years.
Decided to 'treat' myself to an Aberdeen Angus burger with bacon and smoky cheese which was pricey as a meal at £11 ish.
Drove 5 mins with it before eating.
Worst fast food i've had. Not fresh and barely warm. Burger was a horrible pale colour and had no taste. Cheese had a sickening chemically taste. Bread was soggy. Chips were undercooked. Bacon was white, limp.
Could not eat it.
Having downloaded the App prior to arrival to order Drive Thru, hastily deleted it again.

Size of the burger has gone down, whilst the prices have gone up. Still prefer their chips to McDonald's fries but their lead on McDonald's has gone as the size and quality of the burger has dropped.

the food was hot, fresh and cam really fast couldnt ask for better service.The atmosphere was amazing.

The food was badly cooked, there was no syrup left in the drinks dispenser, only got half a cup of hot chocolate then asked for it to be filled only to find out it was milk that filled the other half. The seats were all ripped up and many lights were flickering. Extremely noisy. Staff were nice but clueless. Wouldn?t recommend unless there isn?t another place.

Very busy time following football finish.
But chips were undercooked and hard. Chicken royal cool not reheated long enough x 2. Hot chocolates. Okay.
If it wasn't drive thru would have returned meals.

This place should be temporarily closed for full renovation works due to safety concerns. It?s dirty, the furniture is badly damaged, there are leak and mould marks on some parts of the ceiling, a lot of condensation on windows etc. Not to mention that the toilets have a strong smell of damp / mould so I presume the rest of the back area - staff room and kitchen must be in a similar condition. Won?t return unless it undergoes substantial works to address all these concerns.

Visited a few times on quieter days and the foods always nice hot and fresh, only thing I don't like is not being able to order at the counter with a member of staff. I have witnessed a few customers give up at the kiosk and just leave
