Visited here today family of 4 we all cleared our plates. Burgers were moist and cooked perfect and my son gave the smothered chicken a 10. Be back again soon.

Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like Christmas dinner there why pre book our orders if it?s a CAvety dearest carvery in my life would never have booked if we had know that.
Everyone eating different times as Que was so big un organised having to ask for table to be cleaned pudding cold again all arriving different times as they forgot

Now here's a ace to visit large csr park great food large selection and a play area for kids too kids menu and loads of seating it's part of a hotel complex so I recommend it

We are regulars, recently they?ve changed the menus and removed quite a few things. For me the worst part is you NOW pay £7 for parking on top of your food which is beyond a joke

Arrived just as the carvery started. A young lad carved the meat. He was soon taken over by someone who knew what they was doing.
The meat was very thin and you received a very small amount. The one that replaced him gave others a proper portion.
The food tasted nice , was just a shame about the meat you got

Id often rate this place 5 star, however today we came out for a meal, and the food was delicious, it was brought out relatively quickly. However the coke out of the refil machine was flat, after making the issue known they informed me they would change it, and after a while i asked and was informed it had been changed, but it was still flat. I was informed no one else complained about it (however my dad also had a refil coke and said the same, but wouldn't complain) but he would check, and was asked to try the diet rather than pepsi max but it was still flat. So i had no drink before my meal, no drink during my meal, and was only offered a bottle in replacement of my refil drink, but by which point i was already leaving. So unfortunately it was a let down, i spent most of my time stood up attempting to aort out a drink.
Parking: It appears they are setting up a system to enter your licence plate however its currently unavailable, the machine is there but doesnt work, so a few patrons were asking and concerned about recieving a ticket, will update if any fines come theough the post.
Kid-friendliness: Kids play area available
Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level, no steps, disabled parking right outside, 2 sets of doors to get through, which are slightly heavy and might be a bit of a struggle without support.

The food was ok I had the mixed grill didn't eat much of it the egg was snotty the steak was to well done the gammon was a bit to fatty the chicken was ok the sausages was lovely

Soo yesterday me and my partner called in as we were starving at around 8pm , my partner asked the server if they were still doing food which he replied yes but my partner said the server rolled his eyes . We ordered two stack burgers , and a drink each , the food arrived quick but when l look at the food l really wasn?t impressed . I washed the female server for some condiments The female server brought our knives and forkes along with the condiments but basically plonked them on table didn?t bother to say ? enjoy your food . I almost felt like taking the food back because it just wasn?t how it read on the menu , the chips weren?t fresh , they were dryed and overcooked. When you?re paying money for food you want it to be nice it?s a treat . Due to the poor service especially off the young female server with blonde hair and glasses who gave off the impression she clearly didn?t want to be there . We definitely won?t be coming back , we will be eating else where , we?re the food is up to standard , and looks how it?s described on the menu and the chips are not dry or overcooked . Should always be quality served food , I?d rather have been told we?re not serving food than to serve out food that doesn?t look good .

Went for the weekday value meal lunch menu - two mains for £11. A good, well cooked plate of fish, chips and peas. Can't be beaten for value!
Parking: Ample free parking right outside the front door.

Really helpful and pleasant staff. Food was lovely and hot, portion. Sizes great. All in all a great family place to eat, value foe money.
