The staff here have always ALWAYS been really REALLY helpful to me. I have on many occassions needed to pick up prescriptions in a hurry and they have always accommodated me. I can't fault them. They are a fantastic team and deserve a lot of credit for what they do.

Misdiagnosed with acute throat infection !!!! Shocking!!! .... i nearly needed up in A&E with chronic pain that spread to ears and chest .... got a second option from another boots and straight away I was prescribed strong antibiotics!!! Thank god I got a second opinion.... 3 days on the antibiotics and started to feel better ...DONT TAKE THAT PHARMACIST ASSESSMENT SERIOUSLY!!! ...I WAS VERY ILL ?

I have made an order for delivery to A in M Boots ,I have been three times in the last week and allowed myself between 15-20 mins waiting time as its ridiculously slow in that branch. On each occasion I have had to leave the queue .

This shop is an absolute disgrace. My carer has been in twice for heart medication and both times they have turned him away because it's in a pile of other prescriptions. They can't be bothered to look for it. The pharmacist asked him to come back on Saturday and he went back today and it's still not available. What the hell is going on in this store. Half the time the pharmacist isn't even there on time and they won't open. There are elderly people on walking sticks being turned away. The management and service of this store needs to be assessed and delt with. It's seriously not okay to turn people away for medication that is needed in a life or death situation. JOKE
