Big store with loads of great stuff
What a shame they won't open more than one till these days.
Just been in at 5pm for a couple of items -6 people in front of me in the queue, 5 people behind. If it was busy they used to open another till. Not anymore, the poor guy serving us apologised and said there was only him on. This is now the new norm at B&M bargains. One till for a massive, busy town centre store. No consideration for their customers!

Disability awareness is zero from 99.9% of staff. There are only two staff there who are Disability aware and they are excellent. However, if they are not working the the Standishgate store in Wigan is a truely awful place to shop for people with any kind of disability.
