Incredibly Racist, unfriendly and rude staff.
I will file a complain to BM to follow up this issue as it seems so many costumers are not happy with staff behaviour.

I am a regular customer of B&M in Ashton in makerfield
I am very sorry that the image of that big store was ruined by a RACIST AND NEGATIVE employee
The woman who is employed there does not know how to wait for customers, nor how to smile or say hello.
today I felt more disappointed than ever that she tried to ignore me by throwing away the products I had bought with irony and ignorance.
this is not normal for me at all
someone needs to turn on the cameras and observe the racist behavior she continues to engage in all the time
I bought £75 worth of products and should have been happy but was very disappointed
someone to take measures not to drive away the clientele

Big store ,big big bargains. Get down and get yourself everything you need, from alchol to a stuffed zebra and everything in-between. Why not treat your pets with a new dog toy, and maybe even treat the misses with some oven cleaning products. Can't go wrong, really.

The shop is well organised, extremely well stocked, and very tidy, so much so we don?t bother going in Boots next door anymore as they have nothing on the shelves.
They also open a new till very quickly without being prompted by long queues.
This place mocks the spot of Platt Bridge branch, which I generally try to avoid now.

Bad experience with the workers here
Two ladies who worked here, followed me out of the shop, into the shop next door, looking at me like I was doing something wrong. They walked up the isle I was in, one after the other, looking in my shopping bag. They must have thought I had stolen something, but it was a really uncomfortable experience, and they was talking to worker from the other shop and they was all watching me. I'm a shy person and don't like attention, now I don't want to go there again.

Why B&M insist on obscuring products by putting ridiculous stacks in the way is beyond me. They think it makes commercial sense. It doesn't, makes it look tatty and isn't conducive to selling. Having been in retail 35 years I have never seen such a shambles. The stacks aren't even killer products, and there is enough space to merchandise more effectively.
