“Been going here for my nails for over a year. They are not your typical walk-in salon. It is hard to get a first appointment and it's for a good reason... One thing about the Phoenix nail experience is, once you've tried it you'll not settle for anything less. It was intimidating to walk in at first but as soon as I walked in, the ladies made me feel so welcomed and conversed with me through the process. Unlike acrylics, the builder gel and their technique is gentle on my nails and they have grown so much and there's no pain after they're done. I also have my pedicure done here as well as my lashes and they've been nothing short of perfect.I can't recommend them highly enough. ”

“I purchased the blackhead removing facial. This facial had a job to do and Abi was fab at explaining what would happen, the process and that it included blackhead extraction. After the extraction, Abi made sure the remainder of the facial was so relaxing and the products she used smelt amazing. I've already agreed to book in the next facial and added a brow tint and eyelash lift too! Definitely recommend.”
