All purchases great trade point guy very helpful went over and beyond unfortunately when he was serving us someone tried to leave with a de walt drill he chased him and got the item back without security quite scary . Give the guy a bonus he was amazing. 10 out of 10.

Took daughter to collect one roll of wallpaper the store had saved for her. Plenty of parking spaces. Make sure you are in the left lane on the roundabout for Frith Street which is B&Q.

B&Q Wigan is like to say thanks to cashier Jan and her supervisor Cath for the worst returns service a customer could ever receive , they were rude ,miserable , very unprofessional and not helpful in any way, a total disgrace to your establishment. Monday morning blues ?? If they arnt happy in their jobs which it really did look like , maybe time to leave and let pleasant , professional people have a go who really want to be there and would be a credit to B&Q Wigan ??? This is me being nice about the two staff I?m sure I can?t post what I properly wanted to say about them ! If I could them minus star reviews they would break all records .

Customer service is apallling. I bought a robot mower, after it being up-sold to me in the Wigan B&Q.
Upon testing, it did not meet neither the quality it was sold at, or correspond to the application for a smart phone. At the time, I had set it all up as per the instructions and set it on its way for 5 minutes. The product was not great at all.
I went to return the item the next day. Under the consumer rights act 2015, I am able to return an item that is not as describied.
In store, the employees managing the tills were unwelcoming, pulling faces and not wanting to know. The duty manager of the store was unhelpful and refused to offer the refund, stating that I was not covered by law, as it had been lightly used.
How can a product be tested without it being used?
Very poor service. If I was not clued up on my rights, I would have not been given a refund. If this happened to someone vulnerble, or someone who is not as clued up, their right to a refund could be refused.
Overall, shocking service from the staff managing the tills and the duty manager who wanted to argue at the tills, over assisting.

Really helpful staff especially Dean went over board to help us with item that was up high in outdoor garden item was heavy to lift down no price took it to find out price and Really apologised for inconvenience

I was trying to find some edging for a worktop I'd cut and was struggling to find the rights bits for the job but a lovely young woman called Emily helped me to find everything I needed. Very helpful

(Trade Point customer) Called in today for some timber sheets. Nathan on the woodsaw did a great job of sorting out quite a few complex cuts. Happy to help, and saved me about an hour at site trimming and cutting. Great service provided. Usually use Warrington but will now start using Wigan.

Today I bought some bark from B&Q wigan. Which was quite heavy. I was telling a lady serving me i was just out of hospital. She then called for someone to put the bark in my car. I didn't get her name or the young guy who carried the bark. I would just like to say thank you to you both. That's proper customer service ?.

Had a bit of a tricky return on Sunday. Noticed a day later that an item hadn?t been refunded. The staff and manager who dealt with this were so lovely. My refund was resolved this morning and I was also given my delivery charge back which I hadn?t expected. All credit to the staff and manager. I know when I shop at B&Q Wigan I?ll be getting excellent customer care. Lovely store to visit with extremely helpful and knowledgeable colleagues ??????????

Can?t fault it always one of first diy stop offs. Better quality than some although expensive across certain products
