“AVOID booking online!!! Booked my car in for a service online, turned up and guess what... it wasn't booked in! Was told that they should contact you 48 hours before. What a waste of time. Not even an apology. Why offer an online service when it clearly doesn't work and the staff don't seem too bothered about it... that was the impression I got off the woman who was dealing with it! Her words were "we don't always receive them".”

“Needed a tyre fitting and it was an hour before closing time. I called and said they could fit me a tyre which I was surprised as it was late on a Saturday afternoon. Young lad named Layton dealt with my car and was quick and thorough.Excellent service from Kwik fit and Layton of Wigan branch.”

“This place literally saved me yesterday (08/03/24) I had a puncture and it's my daughter's birthday outing today. It was 4pm and I rang them and paul on reception told me not to worry they would get me sorted! They were busy but still managed to get me sorted. Within one hour of phoning the garage I was on my way home with a repaired tyre! Fully recommend this place! Friendly and go the extra mile. “Had the best experience from a garage that anyone could have. Took my merc e250 for a noise on the front wheel which was diagnosed straight away, Ian and Simon set to work on it right away. Problems arose with their supplier during the day but they both worked tirelessly to try and get my car ready for the end of the day but couldn't complete the job which meant I couldn't take my car home. Stranded in hindley green and 14 miles from home Simon offered to take me home and pick me up in the morning to take me to work which meant he had to go nearly an hour out of way to get me. The following day my car was completed and no extra payment was taken for the extra work they had put in to doing my car. These guys are amazing, their knowledge and quality of service is outstanding. A lot of garages could learn a great deal from these guys.”
