“The staff are friendly, I am messaging a note here for the Wallgate Mcolls because due to Technical machine /card issue on one till and changing items and tills around I purchased my items but when I got home to unpack there was 2 sausages at £1.30 each that were not in my bag and have been left back in the store due to changing tills and trying to focus on payment.I will be coming to the store Thursday (tomorrow to collect the items or 2 fresher items of the same since the ones I left and paid for will be resold)Thankyou”

“They always friendly staff n they have a cafe inside its not small cafe either there is plenty charging bays that are on the forecourt of the station n the pumps for petrol are quick filling which I like ..I have never had any issues hereI dont know if there's a toilet because iv never been to cafe or wanted toilet but since they have cafe I would assume they also have toilets as far as it been ok for wheelchairs I would say yes as double sliding doors wide enough for wheelchairs n its flat so no step or ridge to go over inside is spacious too enough space for wheelchairs to manoeuvre around”

“I was in the store on Sunday 20 Nov with my three boys. My eldest who is Autistic and has other conditions had a massive meltdown. The staff off th security desk where sol helpful, reassuring and nice and another member of staff took my younger boys so I didn't have to worry about them as well. The staff were amazing!!”
