Hands down the best GP practice I have ever been registered at. The level of care from receptionists to Anna the Nurse practitioners to the Doctors is worth the 5 star. I?ve never called up and had to wait long for my call to be answered and when it does every concern I?ve had for me or my son has been dealt with promptly. For example I called at 9:30 for an appointment for my 3 year old son. I was given one for 10am! Within the hour of my call his ailment was assessed and treated and he even had his first dose of medication, if that isn?t excellent patient care I don?t know what is! I can?t thank this surgery enough for all their support. The receptionist are so warming and welcoming too it?s a lovely atmosphere to walk into when you?re not feeling great. 10/10 would recommend.

Hard to get an appointment when you need it. Some of the receptionists are rude, ignorant and extremely impolite.

My husband and I attended surgery today not having been since before lockdown was a little apprehensive , we were having our flu jabs , should not have worried the system in place was ideal in at the front and out at the back . Dr Patel is a gentleman so courteous and gentle a pleasure to know

after hearing others standard of care for diabetes I can honestly say my care has been second to none under Jane and Gail I have all the support to manage my condition I have always found the staff on the desk efficient and friendly we are so lucky to have the NHS

The worse surgery I have ever been. Not only because of GP but the receptionist are arrogant not helpful and not organised. Misdiagnosed my son but we finally after 11 years of mistreatment got help.
