Absolutely shocking ABRAM surgery.You ring and ring and get no answer, then when you finnally get through get told to book online,,, the online site is just a mess and took an hour to figure out how to actually book an appointment, (which you can?t do)You basically fill in a form and wait for hours for an email with an appointment time IF they want to give you one.I turned up to go in and speak to some one but they won?t even come to the door,It?s Genuinely like they don?t want you to see the doctor

Always polite and helpful. Never had a problem with this surgery, they go above and beyond to help you.

Took hours to get them to actually answer phone, told me to take my 3yr old to walk in centre, walk in centre advised they are nurses not doctors so surgery should have seen him, this place is an absolute joke should be shut down if you can't even get children in to see them. Absolute disgrace.

found the receptionist very polite and very helpful and had a caring manner and listened to what I had to say I was very pleased. with their attitude compared to the other surgery .

Absolutely shocking. They want you to use askymygp app, which isn't an app, it's a website. Once you've worked that out you then have to communicate through it.Great, except you can only use it when they are open. I've tried three times this morning to get in contact, app won't let me send a message, so walked to surgery and despite someone being In they won't come to door.Tried another three times and as soon as you get through they say try later. Abysmal.Worst doctors

Constant poor service, phones never answered, no appointments, refered to the "app" waste of time... sad to see such a good surgery built up by the Trevedi family end up in a poor state..

Every time I?ve rung the surgery I?ve been treated well and with respect. Appointments sometimes run late which in my experience is just due to the doctors caring for the patients.
