What a nightmare!!! Booked there my hair and weave for my friend?s wedding ? the stylist forgot my appointment and I ended up doing my hair and weave with a trainee who spent 4 hours doing my hair ! And I missed my makeup appointment and ended up doing my makeup in the car in 5min. What?s really worest , when the salon owner seen my review she told me we cancelled your next week appointment because of your review ( not that I would obviously go there again) . Saying because your review can tarnish our trainee confidence , and completely discarded the fact that they reunited the wedding for me going late with no make up because of thr salon poor customer service !

Cannot fault this salon one bit. Mia understands exactly what it is you ask for and will always give me her input based on her own professional experience and knowledge. She does her best to achieve your desired results, and makes sure you are 10000% comfortable in every way. I have never walked away from the salon feeling more confident! Could never go to another salon after the way YOU treat you overall, the best service and the best team! X

By far the best hairdressers in Manchester. MIA is a hair Goddess and perfects my extensions & colour every single time, I wouldn't trust anyone else! The salon has a nice friendly atmosphere, highly recommend.

I have been going to Mia for just over a year now and she is the best! Always so welcoming and friendly and my hair has never looked so good! Mia does my colour and my extensions and I love it every time I wouldn?t trust anyone else to do my hair now !!

I have been going to youmcr since last year initially my hair was brown box died , Mia completely transformed my hair, she took her time and instead of burning my hair off we went through few stages to get to where I want, which i really appreciatedEveryone is lovely in there and bleaching process is not as long as other salons??

I came to YOU MCR on a recommendation from a friend and I?m so glad that I did! I have always had damaged, thin hair but after having a baby it felt even worse. Ellie has been brilliant with advice and always does an amazing job with my colour. After getting the condition back I?ve opted for some extensions and it?s the best decision I?ve ever made. Mia is really knowledgeable and the colour match is always perfect. I?ve finally got the hair I?ve always wanted (but never thought I?d have) thanks to these girls!Specialties: Blonde and extensions

Honestly cannot give Jenna enough praise. She has finally made my hair look the way I?ve been trying to get other hairdressers to do for years! She always advises me on the best for my hair, and is the most friendly and kindhearted person. 10/10 recommend going to her for your hair and a good chit chat!

Rebecca did me a gorgeous balayage after wanting a change in my dark hair but something subtle and low maintenance. She talked me through the process of what she was going to perform as I was nervous to be putting bleach on my hair after we?ve spent years getting it back to a healthy state. My hair couldn?t have turned out any better, I?ve received so many compliments since. Would recommend 10/10.

Had my appointment with Renae and I?m honestly so impressed with my hair!! Renae is so knowledgeable and professional and made me feel at ease throughout my whole appointment with her. As somebody who has always felt like my hair expectations/ goal hasn?t been what I was hoping for I can confidently say that Renae met every single one of them and I cannot wait for my next appointment with her ??
